Who Runs THRIVE?
Jason Pike is a former Navy SEAL and combat veteran whose life story is a powerful testament to resilience and redemption. Growing up amid significant childhood challenges—including family separation, abuse, bullying, and a lack of mentorship—Jason felt powerless at a young age. In his late teens, he made a pivotal decision: to enlist in the U.S. Navy and pursue the elite SEAL training, determined to reclaim the strength and control that had been taken from him.
Through the grueling demands of BUD/S and his service in the SEAL Teams—including deployments to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom—Jason forged unbreakable determination, deep knowledge of human behavior under pressure, and the resilience to conquer any obstacle. These hard-earned qualities not only carried him through combat and high-stakes missions but also became the foundation for his life's mission: empowering others to reach their full potential.
For over 20 years, Jason has immersed himself in the study of psychology and human behavior, allowing him to connect deeply with those he mentors and truly understand the underlying struggles in their lives. Today, he is passionately committed to guiding teens through THRIVE—a supportive community where young people can belong, express themselves freely, gain unwavering support, and develop the tools to overcome daily challenges.
In addition to his work with youth, Jason has spent the past decade coaching men across the United States in personal growth and development. He is globally recognized as the founder of Frogman Tactical, a premier tactical training company delivering firearms, self-defense, and tactical instruction to civilians, law enforcement, and military personnel. Jason also dedicates himself to humanitarian efforts through his nonprofit work, including over 11 years supporting orphaned children, elders, and communities in Uganda.
Jason's journey from adversity to empowerment inspires everyone he touches, proving that no matter the starting point, true strength and purpose are within reach.

Teen Only Environment
At THRIVE, our mission is to empower teens to reach their full potential swiftly and effectively, fostering an environment where they can truly flourish during these pivotal years. Central to our approach is creating a teen-only community space, free from parental involvement. This intentional design isn't about exclusion—it's about unlocking the deepest levels of growth and self-discovery that teens deserve.
We understand that safety is paramount for any parent entrusting us with their teen's well-being. Rest assured, our program is built on rigorous safety protocols: all staff undergo extensive background checks, and we maintain supervision by trained professionals in a secure, monitored facility. Emergency protocols are in place, and we adhere to the highest standards of child protection laws. Teens are never isolated; they're surrounded by peers and supportive mentors who prioritize their physical, emotional, and psychological safety above all else.
The key to our rapid progress model lies in this parent-free zone. When parents hover or linger—even with the best intentions—it can inadvertently create barriers. Teens often hold back, fearing judgment or repercussions, which prevents them from fully opening up about their challenges, dreams, and vulnerabilities. Without that raw honesty, our expert guidance—tailored through workshops, peer discussions, and mentoring—can't penetrate deeply enough to drive meaningful change. Is My Teen Safe In THRIVE?
At THRIVE, your teen's safety is our highest priority. We have designed comprehensive, multi-layered safety protocols to protect them from online predators and anyone who might attempt to take advantage of them, creating a secure environment where they can focus on growth and flourishing.
Here’s how we ensure the utmost protection:
- All communication stays within THRIVE: Teens are never asked or encouraged to communicate outside our secure platform. Every message, interaction, and conversation is fully logged and monitored, providing complete transparency and accountability.
- Immediate reporting guidance: We empower teens with clear instructions—if anyone ever attempts to move communication off-platform or requests personal information, they are taught to report it directly to our lead safety coordinator right away.
- Strict boundaries for coaches: THRIVE coaches are strictly prohibited from sharing any personal contact information, such as email addresses or phone numbers, at any time and for any reason. This policy eliminates any risk of inappropriate private contact.
- Secure and recorded video calls: Any video interactions take place exclusively through the THRIVE platform. These sessions are recorded and securely stored, allowing us to review them if needed to maintain the highest standards of safety.
- Thorough and verified sign-up process: Our enrollment is deliberately rigorous and foolproof. Every parent participates in a face-to-face video call with Jason to verify identity and establish a direct link between parent and child. Only after this verification do we approve the teen’s access, ensuring that every member is legitimately connected to a confirmed parent or guardian.
These thoughtful measures work together to create one of the safest online spaces available for teens today. At THRIVE, you can feel confident that your child is highly protected while they receive the guidance and community support they need to thrive during these crucial years.
Our Clear and Concerning Sign-Up Process
We're passionate about creating a safe, empowering space where teens can grow authentically and reach their full potential. To keep the experience positive and meaningful for everyone, we've designed a simple, respectful sign-up process that starts with your teen's own choice and ends with secure on boarding.
Step 1: Talk Openly with Your Teen and Let Them Decide
Begin with a heartfelt conversation about THRIVE. Explain how our community offers guidance from dedicated mentors, real connections with peers, and practical tools to build confidence, resilience, and purpose during these formative years.
The most important part? Let your teen make the decision to join on their own. We at THRIVE are committed to what's truly best for them, and that starts with voluntary participation. When teens choose this for themselves, they're more open, engaged, and ready to grow. Forcing involvement can close doors to the personal development we're here to support. This is a great first lesson in responsibility: life choices can lead to wonderful fruit—or unnecessary challenges—and we're here to help them choose the path that brings growth and joy.

Step 2: Set Up Your Monthly Donation of $10

Step 3: Contact Us to Schedule Your On boarding Call
Once your donation is set up, reach out to Warhorse Ministries through their contact form, email, or preferred method listed on the site. Use the subject line: "THRIVE".
A staff member will respond usually within 24 hours to arrange a personal face-to-face video on boarding call with on of our staff members. This call is an important part of our process—it's friendly, informative, and gives you the chance to ask any questions you have.
During the call, we'll verify details to ensure everything is secure and legitimate. You'll be asked to provide:
- Your child's full name
- A recent photo of your child
- Confirmation that your child's SKOOL account uses their real name and includes their actual face/photo (this is required for membership—without it, entry cannot be approved)
- Have you child request to join THRIVE "HERE".
